I tend to only keep an eye out for Z4 M Coupes, because it's rare I see them - I've seen four since the model came out in 2006. I was an Imola Red one on North Ave last month, and a black one with stock wheels been parked by the Piper's Alley Starbucks a few times.

Last M3 owner I spoke to was driving a black/black E46 cab I parked next to at White Castle; the owner mentioned we had the same wheels, CSLs. I hadn't even noticed!

Last I spotted, Columbus Day. A black M3 coupe passed by on Touhy while I was at Long John Silvers, I noticed the girl in the passenger seat pointing at my car, I suspect asking her boyfriend/husband "what the heck is that?"

Not a BMW but I saw a black R8 on 90 coming back from Indiana last night. Definately a rare sight on the road.
